The terms we work under.

1. What you are buying

Each module is a monthly service, billed month to month, and the four together are the bundle. The work each one does is described on its own page and in your plan, and the plan you see before you pay is the plan we work to. Prices in Australia are quoted plus GST; prices elsewhere are quoted in US dollars plus any applicable taxes. The price on your statement is the price you were shown, read from the same price list.

2. The three day trial

Every plan starts with three days free. You enter a card so the work can start straight away, nothing is charged for three days, and the first charge is on day four. Cancel inside the three days from your own portal and you pay nothing and keep every fix already made. After that, cancel any time from the portal and the service stops at the end of the period already paid for. There is no minimum term.

3. Access to your website

Site Care and the SEO fixes need administrator access to your WordPress website, through our connector plugin. The connector installs as a WordPress plugin and has to be activated by an Administrator account on your site. That administrator access is how we apply the fixes the audit finds, the speed work, the plugin, theme and WordPress updates, and how we take your backups and publish the articles you approve.

What we do with it, and what we do not: every update is taken with a backup first and is put back automatically if the page comes back worse. Updates stay locked until one offsite copy of your site has been taken and verified and you have said yes with that copy on the table. We never see or store your normal login password; the connector holds its own key, and the one click connection stores one application password that you can remove in WordPress at any time under Users, Profile, Application Passwords. Deactivating or deleting the plugin ends our access at once. On a site that is not WordPress, or where you choose not to connect, everything that measures still runs and the parts that change your site are written for you to apply or to hand to whoever maintains it.

4. Your Google accounts

Connecting Google is one consent screen. We read your Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics to measure and report. Google posts and review replies are drafted for you to approve and nothing is posted to your listing without a person saying yes. You can withdraw the connection at any time from your portal or from your Google account.

5. What we do not promise

Nobody can promise a position in Google search, on Google Maps or in an AI engine's answer, and we do not. We do not buy or trade links. We do the work every month, show you the measurements honestly, including the months that go the wrong way, and record every action with the time it happened in your portal.

6. Content we write

Articles, Google posts and review replies are written from your own website and your own answers, and are held for your approval before they are published unless you have told us to publish on a schedule. Once published on your site or listing they are yours.

7. Payment

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card. A failed payment pauses the work until it clears; it does not delete anything. Yearly plans are twelve months paid once at a 20 percent discount and are not refunded part way, which is why they are offered second, after the monthly plan.

8. Your data

We hold what we need to do the work: your business details, your website's measurements, the connections you grant and the messages between us. We do not sell it. Your portal shows what we hold, and closing your account removes the connections and the credentials the same day. Questions about data go to hello@veloce.marketing.

9. Changes

If these terms change we say so on this page with the date, and a change that affects what you pay or what we may do on your site is emailed to you before it applies.
